Why Didn't I Receive My Make-Up Lesson Pass?

Make-up passes at OMS are automatically sent the day after a lesson has been canceled provided the following criteria are met:


  • The lesson was canceled at least 24 hours prior to the lesson time
  • The canceled lesson was in a month that has been paid for
  • The canceled lesson was not on the day of a school closure 


If all of the above are true and you have not received your make-up pass, please email support@octopusmusicschool.com and we will be happy to help!


Please note that if you have a Last Minute Cancellation plan or a Plus or Premium plan and you made a last minute cancellation, you will not be sent a make-up pass. Your passes are already in your Pike13 account from the time that you purchased your initial plan and you may use them at your discretion for any late cancellations.
