Requesting A Recurring Schedule Change For Private Lessons

We understand that life can be complicated and can activities pile up, especially in the spring and fall! OMS does our best to be flexible and help students and families navigate schedule changes as smoothly as possible! If you need to change a student's ongoing lesson time, follow these steps to ensure that your request is received by the appropriate staff member so we can handle it as quickly as possible so you don't miss a minute of music instruction!

We cannot process schedule change requests made more than two weeks in advance. The reason for this is that one student would be holding two spots on a teacher's schedule for a prolonged period of time.

Please note: This process is only for changing a lesson time on a weekly basis. If you need to change one or two lesson times, please simply cancel them and schedule make-ups. Thank you!
