Canceling a lesson is easy and only takes a few moments! You may do it from any device with an internet connection (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc).
Please note:
Make-up lesson passes are only given if:
- You have cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your original lesson time
- The lesson you cancelled is in a month that has been paid for
You will receive your make-up lesson pass the day after you have canceled your lesson. If the cancelled lesson is in a month that has not yet been paid for, you will receive your make-up pass the day after you have paid that month's bill.

Instructions to cancel a private lesson
Step 1: Sign into Pike13
- If you are not already signed into octopusmusicschool.pike13.com, sign in with the email you provided when you registered.
Step 2: Scroll down to the upcoming scheduled classes
- Select the lesson you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Cancel the lesson
- Cancel the lesson. If the button says “Late Cancel”, it means that there are less than 24 hours before the lesson and you will not receive a make-up.
Step 4: Wait to receive a make-up pass
- That’s it, you’re all done! The next day, our system will credit you with a make-up pass and notify you by email. Feel free to schedule your make-up at your convenience! *Please remember, you will only be issued a make-up pass if you have cancelled your lesson at least 24 hours ahead of time and the lesson you cancelled is in a month that has already been paid for. If not, the pass will be issued the day after that bill is paid.
