Please note the following points about Summer Absence Plan Holds

  • Students may submit a plan hold for any or all of their plans (including ensembles) during the months of June, July, and August.
  • A plan hold will maintain your current lesson's day, time, and teacher until you return and bring your tuition to $35/month per instrument (including ensembles).
  • While utilizing a plan hold, you may not schedule make-up lessons during the month that is on hold. You may resume scheduling make-ups during the month that your lessons resume.
  • Plan holds MUST be submitted one week in advance of the requested month's billing in order to be processed successfully.

Please follow the steps below to submit your plan holds at Octopus.
